Using top of the range Parrot drone equipment, LTC is able to efficiently and accuratley scan a roof surface then produce an Aerial Observation Building Condition Report (AOBCR) for any property. This service consists of a professional commercially authorised drone pilot coming out to your property and taking aerial stills of all roof surfaces, looking for any defects or damage such as missing, cracked or slipped tiles, checking brickwork and leadwork around the chimney etc and a full inspection of the property's guttering system.
